All rates are for two persons per apartment suite (unless otherwise noted).
All apartment suites are non-smoking - adults only

Weekly Rates
add 10% city tax on all rentals less than 30 days
add $50 per night for a third adult person (comfortable sofa bed in living room).

$1,550 per week

June, July, Aug, Sept, Oct & all Holidays
including Xmas, New Years & Easter weeks

off season discounted rate

$1,250 per week (1 week stay); $1050 per week (2 week stay)

Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar, April and May
excluding Holiday weeks

Terms, conditions & payment: A required Security Deposit = $775.00.
Refundable if left undamaged; $100.00 Parking Permit Deposit that
allows you to park almost anywhere in village, day or night.
Refundable if return on departure. And non-refundable
$125.00 Departure Cleaning Fee. Payment ½ total
due to reserve dates; balance due 6wks
prior to your arrival.

$2,550 per month - 1 to 2 month stays (any time of year in all suites).
$2,150 per month - 3 to 5 months stays (Nov thru May in all suites).
$1,950 per month - 6 + months stays (Nov thru May in all suites).
