What's Included + Terms, Conditions, Fees & Deposits
Rates include furnishings and linen; Short term rentals include utilities (gas, elect, water, garbage,
cable tv, wifi); onsite laundry; security system; plus we provide a rare parking permit that
allows parking almost anywhere in village, day or night, even in metered spaces.
There is $100 Refundable Parking Permit Deposit; and a Refundable
Security Deposit: $100 for 2/3 night rentals; $250 for weekly rentals;
and $500 for monthly rentals. Cleaning fees are non-refundable.
Deposits are refunded promptly if premises are left as agreed
Do Bring your cell phone, as we do not provide one
Accommodations are all non-smoking!

MAKE A RESERVATION - FOLLOW THESE 3 EASY STEPS
1) First Check Available Dates on Calendar. On occasion we are in the midst of making a reservation and have not update the calendar, so it is best to double check availability so you will need to

2) When, you contact us to confirm dates we will also need number of people to be accommodated; names of people staying; length of stay; a phone where we can reach you both before and during your stay. We will draft the rental agreement and email it to you for your review and signature. Sign it, scan it and email it back to us, or fax it back to us (fax number 831 464 2957).
3) Once we receive the signed agreement you will be asked to go to Pay Pal here on this page, click on logo and make payment. When we receive notice from Pay Pal that you have paid we will email you a reservation confirmation and entry instructions to your accommodation.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF PAYPAL TO PAY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD ON THIS PAYPAL SITE; AND YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO JOIN; however if you already have a pay pal account and want to pay via check that is also possible. Note: we do not take anyother forms of check.
Use your visa, mastercard, american express, or discovery card, just click the PayPal button above; and follow the steps below to make payment.
A.) Fill in agreed upon total amount due in the PAY BILL form at top (unit price ________); then click "update totals"
B.)A new page will come up, and where it says Don't have a pay pal account, click continue and a new page appears with form to
fill in your credit card info. If you prefer to pay by check, and have a paypal account, that is also an option. note: we do not
