additional adult guest, or two small children in our two lower level apartments
(nightly and weekly only) with sleeping arrangements on a comfortable
queen futon sofa bed in the living area. Add $25 per night

What's Included + Terms and Conditions of Rental
All apartments are furnished, completely equipped (includes linen), and are meticulously maintained;
We provide one rare, Parking Permit per unit; it allows you to park almost anywhere in the Village
day or night, 24x7 in metered spaces and 2 hour zones (exception is the Esplanade).
All accommodations are non-smoking inside and outside on patios and porches.
Note: "All Quiet @10pm" policy. There is a non-coin operated laundry
on site. Paper & soaps included for 'Nightly/weekly rentals' only.
We require a rental agreement; and a security deposit
for all monthly rentals
