Two persons per unit; add $50 per night for a third person.

Add 10% city tax to weekly rates; 'Security Deposit' required = 1/2 weekly rental,
refundable if left as agreed; a $100 'Parking Permit Deposit', that allows,
you to park almost anywhere in village, day or night, refundable if
left behind upon your departure; There is a non-refundable
$125 'Departure Cleaning Fee' required. Do
bring cell phones (we don't provide them).

Monthly Rates
Include all Utilities; no tax on stays 30 days or more.

$2,550 per month
for 1 to 5 month stays = A great monthly rate equaling $85 per day,
$595 per week makes extended stays very affordable. Spend
the Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall at the beach.

$2,150 per month
for 6 + months stays

Monthly rates include all utilities; gas, electric, water, garbage, WiFi, cable tv+
security system; does not include phone, (bring your cell phone, we don't provide one).
There is a 'Security Deposit' = 1/2 month stay, refundable if premises are left
undamaged. There is a $100 refundable 'Parking Permit' deposit; allows
you to park almost anywhere in village (day or night), it is
refundable if left behind on departure. There is also
