Low Season minimum stay 30 days, maximum 60 days @$85 per day (no tax)
High Season minimum stay 30 days, maximum 60 days @$95 per day

MonthlyRentals - 3 + month stays
Low Season $2,250 per month ... High Season $2,550 per mo

Terms and Conditions
2 persons per unit, 10% tax on rentals under 30 days; no tax on monthly rentals.
Rates include: All furnishings and linen; All utilities (incl gas, elect, water,
garbage, cable tv, wifi ); on site non-coin op laundry; security system;
plus we provide a rare parking permit that allows parking almost
anywhere in village, day or night, even in metered spaces.
Bring your cell phone, we do not provide telephone service
Refundable Security Deposits ($750 monthly rentals;
$250 for our weekly and nightly rentals
Departure cleaning fees: non-refundable
$125 for mo rentals; $100 for wkly;
$55 for 2 night - $75 for 3 night
Refundable Parking Permit

TO MAKE A RESERVATION FOLLOW THESE STEPS!

1) First Check Available Dates on Calendar
2) Email us to confirm dates, rental agreement and calculate costs or Phone Danielle 831 247 8293
3) You will receive your rental agreement via email and be asked to sign it and return it to us via email or fax;
When we receive it you will go to the Pay Pal button below and choose your payment option. When payment has been
processed you get an email and/or phone call from us confirming your reservation.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF PAYPAL TO PAY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD ON THIS PAYPAL SITE;
Use your visa, mastercard, american express, or discovery card, just click the PayPal button above; and
a.) Fill in agreed upon total amount due in the PAY BILL form at top (unit price ________); then click "update totals"
b.) A new page will come up, and where it says Don't have a pay pal account, click continue and a new page appears with form to
fill in your credit card info. If you prefer to pay by check, and have a paypal account, that is also an option. note: we do not
